If the purchased product is not used in any way, the label or any accessories, if any, are not damaged, you must send the product to us using our contracted shipping codes within 3 days from the day you receive it.

After your product is examined, 100₺ up to 3 desi paid by us 100₺ 3 desi and over 150₺ shipping fee is deducted and refunded to the card paid.

OUR EXCHANGE CONDITIONS:

If the purchased product is not used in any way, if the label or any accessories, if any, are not damaged, if you deliver it to the cargo within 5 days from the day you receive it and share the tracking code with us, it is replaced with any other product you like.

The price difference, if any, on the product in question will be collected from you by cash or card payment at the door. When the exchanged product is sent back to you, the 50₺ shipping fee, which occurs in total as round-trip, is paid by you with payment at the door.
